Our Winery

Located just off the freeway in Nairne, our state-of-the-art winery sits in a peaceful rural setting. We’re equipped with modern winemaking tools, including:

• 3 fully temperature-controlled cool/warm rooms

• 3 air-bag presses of varying sizes and a basket press

• Temperature and humidity-controlled barrel storage

• High-solids crossflow filtration

• A range of quality pumps: centrifugal, impeller, lobe, and peristaltic

Tank & Fermentation Options

Our tank farms are fully undercover, with insulated, temperature-controlled tanks.

For red fermentations, we offer:

Stainless steel small open fermenters (2–6T)

• Closed fermenters (4–8T) with cooling, plunging, pump-over, oxygen mixing, and carbonic maceration capability

• Portable plastic open fermenters with chilling plates

Our modern lab is fully equipped for comprehensive analysis, featuring advanced tools such as the Gallery Discrete Analyzer.

We use Vintrace Winery Operations Software to ensure all wine movements are tracked and traceable, meeting Wine Australia compliance standards with on-demand reporting.

Onsite Bottling & Packaging

Enjoy the convenience of our onsite bottling facility. There is no need to send wine off in tankers. We can bottle and package a wide range of products, including:

• Charmat sparkling

• Molecular carbonation

• Canning and various bottle formats
