Molecular Inline Carbonation.

Our facility has in Molecular Inline Carbonation machine, this is the holy grail of carbonation for high quality beverages. The process involves using a hydrophobic membrane cell combined with precise automation and dosing methods to produce the most consistent and reliable carbonation process available.

This method is perfect for all styles of filtered sparkling wine, soft-drink, water and cider. The result is the most consistent carbonation with a premium bubble finish, long-lasting bead and excellent mouthfeel.

Molecular Carbonation offers an ultra-precise inline carbonation method. The process is the greenest solution for conscious beverage producers who don’t like to see energy and resources wasted. Molecular Carbonation can carbonate with up to 30% less C02 required, compared to traditional carbonation methods. Other benefits of using Molecular Carbonation include:

  • Reduce dissolved oxygen (o2) and Nitrogen (N2) essential for water-based beverages including sparkling water, soft drinks and RTD’s

  • Reduce dissolved oxygen to increase the shelf-life of wine and cider

  • Reduce dissolved nitrogen from pre-sparging to increased filling speed, reduce foaming/fobbing and allow for more efficient carbonation.

We have 9 Tanks with pressure vessels ranges from 2kl – 20kl.

With a range of bottle closures including:

  • Stelvin

  • Crown seal

  • Twist off crown

  • Cork

  • Sparkling corks with muselet

  • Orientational hood application

Our labeler can apply up to 3 labels on a single wine bottle.

Sparkling wine is filled at minus 2 – zero degrees, this process minimises foaming. Product is then passed through
a warming tunnel and dried for application of labels.
